So let's start with how to shorten the ID link name.

First know here: http://web.facebook.com/username

Then see the inscription
Your public username is the same as your timeline
address:
facebook.com/skb,zahidul

See Username under AdDrash, and next to it you have the previous link name.
So cut that name down and write the name as much easier as you like.

Facebook will take a look at the loading to see if it is available or, if available, a tick mark.
