1. If you can't open the phone lock, first switch the phone off.
2. Wait a minute after that.
3. Press the volume button, power button, and homescreen button simultaneously. You see in a moment, the screen on your mobile phone is lit, and the screen has reboot data, wipe data / factory reset, install updates, power down and advanced options.
4. In the Select wipe data / factory reset option.
5. Then select Yes, delete all data. The phone will start resetting immediately.
6. The reset will show the same option again. From there, select the reboot data and restart the phone. You see, the mobile is unlocked.
The strategy will work on almost all smartphones. However, note that unlocking the mobile in this process will delete all data stored in the internal memory of the mobile. As a result, you will try to use the mobile, save all pictures, videos etc. on the external memory card. If you do not have to delete the data. And to use this method, you must first open the SIM and memory card.
