When you create a website from Blogger, go to the layout and add the label gadget, then add the category or label; But it does not look that good.

The code will work as soon as you add the CSS style code to the Blogger theme.
First you go to your Blogger's Dashboard
Then go to Layout and click on Add Gadget.
Add the label gadget.
When the gadget is added, you can edit the list in the Edit display option, and you can set the rest as desired.
Then save.
Now go to Theme HTML Edit.
